Good location but the room is in shambles

The hotel location is great but the room itself isn't. The lights are too dim (seem like old lights), the door had been broken before and wasn't fixed, the sink was slightly clogged, one of the bed's lights wasn't working, the shower had hair from the previous guest attached to the wall, the shower grout which once was white was black, and the curtain was falling apart.
