The location and the accomadation is really nice and central. The rooms themself are quite small and you can hear everything from your room neighbours.

All ok. except one of the key cards was not functioning, and the ventilation/air-conditioning could not be set or controlled or even turned off.

Multiple rooms smelled of sigaret smoke

Excellent location, quiet rooms, chaotic check-in, misleading parking information, high dog charge

Check-in was chaotic - I believe there was only one person at the time of arrival and it was too busy to handle check-in and bar. Information about car parking was misleading - it would have been way cheaper to park without 6euro hotel option. Receptionist was providing inaccurate information when asked. Dog charge is on a per dog basis which makes stay v expensive (i.e. 2 non shedding dogs under 10kg are charges twice as mature border Collie)
