It’s facilities are ok, the overall cleaning of the hotel is a bit off of expectations, the restaurant lacks option and also should be cleaner. It is a good option for me because of my work in the city, but it could be improved with simple and better services.

Rooms are extremely simple, bad wireless signal and beds are not comfortable. For the price it should be a lot better.

I had a nice stay for 10 days in the Ibis Sao Luis. All staff were amazing people, carrefull and kindly. Special thank you to Jôzy, Clô and Johnny to made my days there amazing. Thanks for all the team!

Great service, complete and very good breakfast. The only problem I had was with the magnetic card system that is used in elevators and to open the room door. Every day I had to go to reception to grant access back, as the card was expiring.
