I didn’t stay there because I wrongly booked this property via ibis site instead of Saigon Airport. I asked Ibis Saigon Airport to change, but they said “we are under different management”. From the guest viewpoint, ibis or Accor is supposed to be one group and we don’t know and care who owns the property.

Good location but room was very small & the toilet was smelly

Nice hotel but delay in sending me Electronic invoice after payment despite email reminder. Already 48 hours past and didn't receive.
