I have stayed at this property many times the facility is only a few years old. gtrat staff friendly, and helpful. location very good if you need to be in silom area near river. many restaurants nearby other wise short walk or taxi ride. rooms nice good size, but all ready need a little repair as hotel always busy. buffet for bkfsy very good. pool area small but nice and afternoon sun. sky train short cab ride or long walk. would stay agin and will next visit/

Arrived early from Europe, and had in advance written several mails to the hotel if it was possible to have an early check in. Never got any reply. When I got to the hotel they had no room available. Had to go up Silom Road to get a few hours sleep as I was tired from my fligth. I had booked a executive room with club acess and evening coctails. The week before my arrival they had no more of this service! In stead they offered free minibar. A minibar with three beer and soft drinks. Not a good replacement! Was a very good hotel, and have recomended it before. But I have to say that I find the hotel to be in a spiral downwards in standards, service and product.

good location, good breakfast, clean, modern design, since 2005, I slept on Silom road in Lebua or Narai and monitor the construction of the hotel. first time this year, I booked three nights here.new hotel but poorly constructed details, sad to see a new hotel that looks 10 years old, I expected better towels. Travel agency on the ground floor at the entrance is okay and has a better prices than the agencies on the street. worth it for the money!

Need To Improve Lobby Embiance ,Food & Service Quality , Usually i Stayed at Novotel Siam Square this is first time i stayed here, Hotel is good there should also a Disco like Siam Square. Over all good to stay here and will stay here again.

Good location, ten mins walk to the nearest BTS station, modern and clean room, very delicious breakfast, a lot of options, small gym and swimming pool, but i enjoyed it. Hotel has free shuttle to the BTS Sala Daeng station, leaves every one hour. The most important, good value of money. Strongly recommend!

On the very west end of the famous Silom Road. A little off the BTS station, about 10 mins walk. Was not offered an upgrade room nor was there greeting drinks or fruits which should be provided as I am a platinum customer. Hotel staff were attended and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Decor was chic although some design criteria could be improved.

Its a decent hotel. Not easy to locate if unfamiliar with area. Miss the turn into hotel, you would have to go a whole round again. Taxis not willing to go on meter if picking passengers from hotel lobby. Satff are friendly and sincere in trying their best.

The night manager was excellent, and helped my wife and I greatly during our stay. The breakfast buffet was of an excellent quality. The concierges were attentive and quick to acquire a taxi when required. As usual we have had 2 excellents stays at this hotel in Jan 13

I was stating in this hotel for almost 8 days in Room 1507, and the second say after the house keeping had cleaned my room, I found that two small towels were taken and not replaced the new ones. I called the house keeping to inform them the missing towels and also personally went down to the lobby to tell the front desk to make a note and ensure I would get the new towels on the next day, but still, I didn't have them when I returned to my room after the whole day long sightseeing in the city on the thrid day night. Two days in a row I didn't have the two small towels which I was supposed to have in my bathroom and even I personally told the hotel. It's really disappointed about the quality of the service. Besides that, the breakfast is really boring. Selections of the items are almost the same everyday. I don't think tthat the hotel really want to pay attention to make just even a little bit of change or difference to give the guests have different surprises when they have their breakfast. I had almost the same vege, fruit, and eggs for eight days.
