Rooms as usual very good Restaurant and Bar area under renovation which was not mentioned during booking

The staff was great and the food was great as well. Even with renovations happening you would have never known it. We missed having a luggage rack but other than that I have no complaints. Thank you

Extremely loud hammering above our bed at 7:45am

We were staying at the Novotel Vaughan on an international business meeting to meet with a key supplier in the area. We arrived last the night before and were woken by extremely loud hammering noises directly above the bed. We called twice to have this noise stopped and it didn't stop. The reception team could clearly hear it over the phone, and I have video recordings with hammering CLEARLY audible
