"Near to the airport but nothing around the hotel"

I booked 2 nights and I couldn't make it for the first night. I sent email to the hotel before to inform them. The manager replied that they will hold the room for me. But when I arrive the staff said rooms are full and my room was not yet ready. I needed to wait for about 30 mins for my room to clean up though the staff was sincere to help.15 mins from the airport. No restaurant around the hotel.

We will go every year for holiday to Sanya Bay. For me, Yalong Bay is too far from the city. We stayed before in Hanada (former Kempinsky) and InterContinental. But this Pullman resort is far out the best we visit in Hainan. The rooms are excellent, the food is perfect (try the Chinese restaurant One, 3*** Michelin rating), the beach is nice and clean and the swimming pools are good for everybody and also for children. The comments that the waiters are not speaking English is nonsense. For this reason you better can stay in your homecountry! Comparing to the price you pay for everything makes this hotel to a 5*****+ and a big compliment for manager and staff! Well done.

Stay was great, the swimming pool is excellent,private beach is a bit lower than expectation.Most disappointment is the parking place. the direction to exit at ground is missed when I drove out and go to wrong place and blocked by wall.over all this hotel is very nice for pleasure.

our toddler loved the indoor and outdoor play areas, artifical and exclusive-zoned beaches, large variety breakfast buffet to satisfy fussy little appetites.Even though we checked with reception and indoor restaurant that we had 2-for- meal discounts, this did not apply to the outdoors hotpot meal we had. We had a very bad experince withthe hire of a taxi for a full day reommended by the hotel. The driver kept insisting us to eat at his friends' restaurant and but from his friend's shop. We did go briefly to the shop which was absurdly overpriced (we did wander around the city the day beore and were familiar with general prices) - don't go near these guys!

Untrained staff, nobody speak English or French in this hotel. No help from management. Every detail is subject to misunderstanding. If you are not Chinese national, keep away from this hotel. The place is nice, but become a nightmare when try to talk to concierge, get a taxi or even a drink. They said buy one get one free cocktail and they charge two!
"Very Good room&hotle style but service should improve"

Some of service is not so good. Some of waiter don't know how to process Al club hotel vochucher. And AI club gold card user cann't get approitiate service without claiming again and again, this should improve. As for other side. it is very well for the room, swiming pool, cleanliness,the location, the sea view is speactular but the sea is not so clean in this location.
