"Good stay."

This hotel provides a very good service, especially for business travellers. The lay out of the bedrooms is contemporary and makes for a comfortable stay. The staff at reception are very helpful. The only thing I would like to see is a range of hot food choices served in the evenings.

Nice, clean rooms with good service. Breakfast is very good for french hotel to my experience, but can be crowded with tourists (only one coffee machine) and not a lot choice if you arrive late, so I always go early. But why does the WLAN never work ? Complained many times, but rarely ever works. This is crucial for business travellers.

Very convenient location near RER station and easy to acces by car if you drive. Rooms quite bigs, they look new and rather clean. A great choice of in-room movies (70) but not TV channels for kids. Breakfast a bit special but if you are not a big eater it is enough.Minus: Security has to be improved. Anybody can go up and down. Normally people should use the key card to go up however it doesn't work then you just press the level and the lift moves. For the carpark same problem and the signs to find the only lift to go directly to the carpark (tiny) are not clear or wrong

A nice hotel, really close to public transports such as the RER and with good looking and well equipped rooms (including microwave oven, electric kettle, fridge, free films, free music, lots of TV channels, bathtub AND shower etc)! The breakfast was sufficient though not at luxorius as the rest of the hotel. I had a nice stay!

Traveling with kids ,don't like sleeping arrangement for kids....sofa comebed was not good.Rest was good.

I tried the Novotel Suites in Issy because I sometimes work in the neighborhood. I am not sure I understood or enjoyed the concept. I was given a room with a sink, a microwave and a fridge, but no plates, cutlery or cooking items. I was repeatedly encouraged to eat the food from the vending machines (frozen lasagne etc) so I see why no cooking items were provided. The whole space had no walls but thin curtains which did not keep light out. The light switches all have bright LEDs on them so you can see them all night. The bathroom was in the same space (just another curtain) and I was annoyed that it took 3 days to replace the shower gel from the shower when it was empty. Attention to detail was lacking in other areas, for example the lift smelled very strongly of cigarette, the doors of the hotel were often closed during normal working hours requiring a button to be pressed to get in, and the "ironing room" was just an untidy, dusty little space with no water source for the steam iron.

Very modern suite and large space to rest, work, shower and bath, all in different spaces. Only problem is making room sometimes after 4 pm and delays to check in due to lack of staff

I stay at this hotel on a regular basis (every two weeks) and have started noticing that things are breaking in the rooms and are not getting fixed...- The rain shower in several rooms is broken or missing or not working- the speaker connection from the television to the wall is broken so the sound is not piped to the bathroom

Brand new hotel; clean room and toilet; excellent shower case; we appreciated a lot the possibility to prepare coffee and tea in our room. Comfortable sofa and bed. Well connected to Paris by Rer C. Tasty and genuine products at breakfast. Very kind and well trained staff.

Good service and a funky room at this hotel. The decor and style in room were way above the usual standards of a business hotel, reception staff recommended a good local restaurant for dinner and even printed out a walking map for my business meeting next day. Breakfast was also good, didn't take the free boat trip.The low rating for sleep is due to the room ventilation not working.

This is our second stay within the last 6 months. This time we travelled with friends, (their first visit to Paris) The hotel is slightly out of the centre but the rail/tube station a hop skip and jump away. Hotel very clean, staff helpful and friendly. When we visit again later in the year we will stay again.

the level of incompetence of the staff was quite appalling. They made significant errors in our charges not only over the phone/by email prior to our arrival but worse upon checking in we were told that we had to pay for the room the entire stay when in fact it had been prepaid. It was not until over an hour later that they realized that the payment had somehow been "erased" from the system upon adding one night to the package reservation. The room itself was simple but convenient although the lack of the door to the bathroom ( there is a curtain ) was not what we expected. Overall we were disappointed especially in the service and staff at the front desk.

Very nice !! The rooms are just amazing and great !! Too bad I was on my own !!The bathroom is wonderfull with both shower and bath.Only minor issue is that it has been difficult to get proper heat entering the room. it took a long time before reaching the correct temperature !
