GRAND MERCURE NELSON MONACO :From Christchurch, follow State Highway 6. At the roundabout at Main Road Hope, drive through to Gladstone Rd (still on State Highway 6). Continue on at the intersection of Gladstone Rd and Queen St (this will merge into Wakatu Dr) and follow signs to Nelson. At the roundabout, turn left into Quarantine Rd, and left at the roundabout to Nayland Rd. Continue on and at the next roundabout turn right onto Songer St. This merges with Point Road. The hotel is Tudor style and on the right over the bridge.
