The lobby of the hotel was bright, clean and welcoming. Thankfully some staff could speak a bit of English and I was grateful. However, when I asked for a place to buy food I was given the name of a mall in Chinese (for the taxi driver to take me). The first three drivers wouldn't take me there and once I got a ride it was a very small mall with no food. After paying for a ride there and back I found a small store just down the street with food. Breakfast was served from 6 or 6:30 until 10. I went down about 9:00 not wanting to be too close to the end but wanting to sleep in a bit before a long international flight. The breakfast was almost nonexistent. There were just a couple small muffins left, bread for toast with what looked like BBQ sauce or butter as the only options (no jam or peanut butter which I have had at other Chinese hotels). There cereal was nearly out with just a few pieces left in the containers. The warm dishes were old and almost gone, the breads were rubbery and hard. The worst part was that I signed up for the free shuttle to the airport. I don't know the Beijing airport well and when I was dropped off I thought the driver knew what he was doing. However, I was dropped at terminal 1 when I needed to be at terminal 2. It cost me 100 RMB for a cab to terminal 2. I knew I was paying WAY too much but didn't have the time or language skills to argue with him. So, my free shuttle to the airport cost me 100 RMB, it would have been less if I had gotten a taxi from the hotel. I was very frustrated by this.
Liked the decor of the hotel however, upon entering my room, i smelled smoke. My bedsheets and towels had cigarette smell all over. In addition, there was a foul smell coming from the floor drainage in the bathroom. I ended up using a plastic piece to cover it up. I did enjoy the breakfast food and eating area. Kuddos for this!!
They speak VERY little english ok, english is not my first language too but its very hard to get any information from the hotel stuffs. I asked them if they can pick me up but i cant understand what the said, So I took the taxi to the hotel There is the smell of something in the room, better stay somewhere else
Was surprised to see how rundown and dingy this property was! First, arrived at the airport and called for the shuttle - took them almost one hour to arrive and pick us up The drive to the hotel was merely 5 minutes. Was assigned to a room on the 2nd floor, the hallways are awful, looks like a storage hall or something. The room was large, but in dire need of total renovation. Windows would not close properly, beds were superhard (even by Asian standards), the tv was supersmall, NO in-room wifi whatsoever, the smell of smoke was everywhere (even though I booked a non-smoking room), insufficient lightening, insufficient toiletpaper, etc, etc... The staff were quite clueless, some spoke very basic English. Did not try their breakfast, but went to the "bar" in the evening - which is just a kiosk, where the staff sells beer bottles from the bar - the beer is not stored in any fridge, so be prepared to drink lukewarm beer. No food is served here. There are a few restaurants in the immediate area. For wifi, you have to sit in the lobby - but the problem is, being March, the doors are kept open at alle times, so the lobby gets very cold and freezing. Not very pleasant to sit there. The staff wears huge winter coats. Paid only 240 CNY, but never again! Better paying a few bucks more and get into a better place. I am surprised IBIS could be this bad! The shuttle back to the airport was hasslefree though. No tips is expected either.
This hotel is a typical airport location located in an area that is nothing special. The staff were fine but the hotel itself is older, dimly lit and dingy. Was really superised to find there was no in room wifi, only the lobby. I would have figured that was a nom-negotiable if I was in an ibis. Fine for the night before an early flight, but wouldn't want to be posted up here for days.
I stayed at this hotel 1 night late October 2014. I checked in early morning due an early arriving flight, and was given a room after 40 minutes and that was very nice of them. The room is not new, but it was ok, it also seemed clean. In the evening I wanted a snack and wanted something to eat, the only thing available was noodle and if I wanted hot water I was told that there was 2 bottles in the room and a water boiler there. The lobby/bar area was also very cold and not really a place to sit. But the next morning the fun starts. I had booked a room without breakfast, but bought a breakfast at the reception, but when I came to the restaurant, there was no food left! We are talking not all empty there was some Chinese dishes (2/3) there, but no bread, no egg, no juice, no rice, all the food containers was empty. There was no glasses, no plates, no knifes/forks. It looked like it been robbed. I know that the same day there was a show at the nearby exhibition center and that there was many people staying at the hotel, but I am pretty sure that all these people had booked some time ahead and not just dropped in late the evening before. So it seems that the hotel couldn't predict that when they had many rooms sold that also the food consumption would also increase. The staff seemed a bit unorganized, but they was trying to catch up. After some time there was some food coming, some juice, some eggs, but it was time to go. Would I stay there again? Yes, if very low price.
The hotel has a free airport shuttle service which is very convienient. Although I ahd booked 2 nights at the hotel, I arrived with a huge delay the second day at the morning and the hotel staff charged me only for one night, which I find a very nice surprise and very professional. The room is quite big and air conditioned. The people at the reception speak English and are very willing to help. The only drawback I found was that at the time I was there the restaurant was renovated. However just across the street, there is a small local restaurant and local shop.
Just stayed at the IBIS overnight before flying to London. Got the information desk lady to call the hotel as I could not find the free phones at the airport. Was told the shuttle would be there in 20 minutes, more like 30 minutes but it was a welcome sight as I was not feeling well. Hotel was in a nondescript location but near to the airport, it was quite smoky when arriving as the lobby was being used by quite a few young travellers. Room was typical IBIS style but no Wi-Fi in the room, that was supposedly in the lobby. I could not receive Wi-Fi on my S4 so needed to use the 30 minutes free PC located in the lobby. Slow system but needed. Slept well in a comfortable room with a good shower. Shuttle was once an hour but efficient.

Mr Wilson Gao is very attentive & he let me feel at ease letting my mother & young son stay at the hotel. As I will only arrive a day later, I reserved a room & the hotel provided my family with free & safe airport transfer. They enjoy thir stay very much. I will recommend anyone to try this hotel out.

It is a value for money stay. The hotel is clean and has modern amenities in the bathroom. The General Manager, Mr Gao, is most helpful with his prompt response to enquiries. He also makes a point to personally welcome the room guests if he meets them. The hotel shuttle (0500 to 2359 hrs) to and from the airport is a big plus.

Arrived late night and left in early morning while the bar is closed and I couldn't find a place to have water/drink. Although they claim free shuttle from airport but it's so difficult to find the shuttle station. I have to call them and take airport shuttle to Terminal 2 to find their shuttle stop, where there is no sign for that. Even if I reserved the hotel via Accor Club website, they haven't given me the points after more than half month. Poor service.
