Room size small. No basic toiletries like cotton buds and shower cap. Breakfast buffet had a large spread but doesn’t look inviting

This was my first trip to the phillipines and my travel agent booked this hotel for me. I had just spent 3 days in Cebu. I spent 4 here. Looking back, I would have preferred getting 4 days in Cebu and 3 in Manila. It was just a better experience for me there. However, your location was good enough for me to have good access to different venues I able to attend. The people in Cebu seemed more nicer, but Manilla had great people, too. Your staff is good, too, but not as great as the one I had at Radison Blu in Cebu. They were willing to offer help to me even when I did not need it and always had smiles on their faces. Your Breakfast was your best asset. Loved it. Most variety I ever had at a hotel before and I travel in the states. Worst experience was when I went to exercise and you male attendant waited til i was working out on the treadmill 20 minutes(he was just at desk watching me) to tell me I could not wear closed end sandles in work out area. "They should have rubber soles", he added. They did, but I did not argue with him and just went up to my room and switched to rubber soled shoes and finished my 45 minute workout.
