My flight was at 19:30 pm, I asked for late check out until 16:00 but the manager who was sitting behind his desk didn't even bother to move his body for 3 meters to talk to me and he just asked the reception guy that the maximum he can give is 14:00 pm,I asked about his name and I was told Mr Jihad N, I am sorry I am not used to such customer service from any Accor hotel in addition that I had to ask for a fruit basket more than 3 times and finally I received it after midnight.
beginning with bad hospitality in the reception with ignorance to be an accorhotel loyal member , and late check in despite reservation through the accor hotel site , smelling walls new paint and no response to bring an iron for 3 times !!!!!! i will continue every week as my new work make me travel to abha once every week so i have a lot of time to complain!!! just this my 4th stay
Unreliable staff: 1) bookings made through the internet are not registered, 2) we booked a taxi to go to a meeting, but they didn't execute the request. When asked why, they answered that we should understand that they cannot comply to the request of all clients. This is a major issue for business travellers 3) internet doesn't work in the rooms, only after repeated requests 4) One advantage is that all the food is free as the staff that should bill you at the restaurant is never working.
In easy reach of the airport. Hotel staff are friendly and very efficient. Food is OK, not the best but well presented and of good quality. Decor is a little dated and warn in place, especially carpets in the hallways. Bathroom was in need of a refit but was clean and had everything you need. Overall, a good place to stay on business for one or two nights.
