Good stay, generally. The only problem was related to the digital key. It was not running properly, and several times, the reception/desk people needed to check and repair it because the digital key did not open the room door.

This property is conveniently located in Belval -- across the street from the train and a five minute walk to the university. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room I stayed in is very due for a refresh. It has clearly been a while since the hotel was renovated. Overall, I would stay there again, but with managed expectations.
