"Excellent hotel"

Nice and clean rooms, with free WIFI access. Very nice english speaking personnels. Only negative is the location, 20min walk to the nearest metro station is quite far out compare to other hotels. All in all, an excellent budget hotel for those having a car.

I have stayed at other Etap hotels and know exactly what to expect - clean room, comfortable bed, plenty of space and hot shower. This new Etap in Madrid is no exception. I would advise that when coming back to the hotel late at night/early in the morning you take the metro to the nearest station and then take a taxi. In terms of value for money Etap are unbeatable.

Well located close to main peripheral Madrid motorways. Metro station a short car drive away. Very helpful desk staff. Well maintained, very modern motel. Only downside surprises were the lack of shower gels, etc. in the room and need to pay for parking if you did not want street parking.

Good hotel for cheap overnight stay when travelling. Not near Madrid Centre but easy to find by car and avoid city centre traffic. Close to metro I think. I paid 39 euro plus 5 euro for my dog and 6 euro for wifi and breakfast. 50 euro in total. Good basic, clean, nearly new hotel. Major development in progress around hotel but no noise problems. Very friendly staff. Good self serve continental breakfast. Very satisfied.
