The hotel is wonderful. It contribute to the quality time with your family. One of the biggest plusses of the hotell is its location near by railway station. The only challenge of the hotel is also location which iss too far away from center of this cosy city.

Had a great room in a good location. Disappointed that the usual Accor Plus benefits were different to elsewher I have travelled. Disappointed that the booking system did not indicate in a summary of the facilities did not indicate that parking was additional. Noted that other information was included elsewhere on the web.

Staff has been incredibly rude and not helpful. I had been dismissed multiple times and anytime I spoke to anyone I had to speak to three different people. I have spent way too much of my time trying to get in contact with people, and no one has reached out. I was told I would hear from a manager twice and I have heard nothing. I will not stay here again when I come for work and I have warned other people to not stay here either. Number one rule in customer service to show empathy and I saw not one person care. Extremely unimpressed and concerned that this behavior was excused and explained.

Good location and price. Nice staff and service. However, the paper cups beside the ice machine were not replenished.
