Only the general manager speaks english, the rest of the staff does not a single word which makes everything a little difficult. Wifi is available in the lobby, so google translate is highly recommended if you don't speak any mandarin. The location is superb. Bar street is very close (Beijing Bar is recommended). On bar street there is Bongiorno, a good Italian restaurant. One for The Road English pub is two streets away, worth a visit to meet some western people and eat good fish and chips. The best values for your money undoubtedly. I recommend.
