The reservations showed benefits for Premier Executive Room as the cost is much higher than normal room but the hotel never have such a service.Shown in reservation: welcome cocktail, fruit and flowers, free internet and access to Premier lounge. "It was quite good"

It was quite good to stay at Novotel Daegu City Centre.It was clear and comfort room to stay.Especially, i like the price. :)But at night is was a little bit noisy. Maybe, it`s because there is many bars and clubs near the hotel. Anyway, generally speaking, it was nice enough to take a rest within the city.

Our room was in a good location. However, the AC didn't cool the room below 82 degrees at any time. We lost electrical power for one afternoon when the hotel was checking electrical systems. The hotel did not change the AC and did not give a credit for the loss of electrical. The restaurants were very expensive for breakfast ....

We enjoy our stay at Novotel Daegu for 4 Nights as this hotel is just beside the Subway & taxi stand. Room is spacious & clean. Got a nice view at Room 1301 which is excellent. really one of the best for stay in Daegu. Cleanliness, kindliness, and location are very good. You will not regret for choosing this hotel at least in Daegu. I just only to sleep in superior room so I can not recommend restaurant and other facilities. However, the staffs were very kind and courtesy, so I can expect you will be met very kindly service. Have a nice time in Daegu with Novotel!

Hotel is centrally located and is in the heart of the shopping area. Transportation is easilavailable the staff is courteous and friendly. But there are two negative points: (i) I was charged the cost of a glass which my daughter broke after staying 4 nights in the room. The Manager could have waived the charge of over 9000 won; and (ii) The Hotel credited only 4 nights stay for A-Club instead of 9 (11 nights less 2 complimentary nights).
