Disappointing stay, unfortunately

To be frank, I expected the highest quality from the Pullman brand, and here I was met with disappointment. The biggest shock for me was the area where the breakfast was served, which looked like a school canteen and not a restaurant in a hotel. The smell of food was noticeable even on the high floors of the hotel. Also, and this is important to me, I could smell cigarette smoke everywhere. The room itself was good, clean, although it looked like it was 20 years old. Could use better / brighter lighting in the bathroom. The windows on the outside were very dirty, effectively obscuring the view.

Very friendly and professional staff - considerable remodeling and improvement of the rooms. Really convenient location in the BDA. The dinner buffet for “Happy Hour” was offering a changing variety of dishes every night. The self-service bar is well stocked.

As the customer who stayed at Pullman every time when I visited Beijing, have to say it's worse experience. The room is small with old decoration, it can easily see the bathroom even with curtain. Some Equipements and facilities are broken. And the lobby decoration smells badly in lower floors rooms.
