"A good hotel at nice location"

I and my family are happy this nice hotel. There are so many good restaurant arond that we didn't try their French restaurant whcih look very good.

Rooms are clean, but not very spacious. Furnished with quality building materials, furnitures and etc. Front desk services were very helpful. Doesnt have the chance to compare other Hotels in Sapporo but i enjoyed the stay.

The room is new and clean.. Amenities are replenished every day without asking. Location is very good.. despite being located in the red light district of hokkaido.. you wont see drunk people or people soliciting outside the hotel. In fact, it is walking distance to lotsa eateries and drinking holes even if its late at night. One thing I was displeased about was what I communicated with the reservation department, they did not pass the message to the concierge. So upon check in, nothing was done as what i had requested. However, after checking with me and the reservation department, they quickly acceded to my requests and followed up with me every now n then. So I would say their service is indeed very good and the staff were very helpful as well. so to end it all, i would definitely go back to this hotel if i visit hokkaido again.

The hotel was excellent for the price of the rooms. Staff really went out of their way to assist us with our enquiries, they even printed out the opening hours of department stores for the New Year period. The only negative was that we could not have a regular breakfast on New Years Day as the hotel was only offering a Champagne brunch but given the location it was not difficult to find other places to eat as it was easy walking distance to resturants. The hotel was very quiet, clean and modern.

We checked into the family room and to our surprise it was quite a big room. It has a massage chair, dehumidifier and a facial steamer to top it all (which we did not expect). My family enjoyed the stay and is looking forward to coming back. I stayed in Mercure Ginza (Tokyo) also but the double rooms are pretty small. Both hotels have very friendly staffs. I hope Mercure or Accor Group has more hotels throughout Japan.Henry - Singapore

It's very great warmeset hospitality hotel , all everything is so perfect especially the staff !! everybody are so kind hospitality ie. the Front Desk manager Ms. Kanade , She is so excellent , polite and very helpful :)
"Room temperature control"

Controlling room temperature was almost impossible during my stay. We just opened the window to keep better ventilation.Also the reception staff could not understand the A-club silver member service at all.

Beautiful, clean boutique-type hotel. The room was not huge, but comfortable and well appointed. We did not use the restaurants or other facilities. The staff was friendly enough. Very comfortable experience.
