The hotel was centrally located in the Susukino area. Our room was great, big room with plenty of amenities. We would like to commend the staff who went out of their way to accommodate our children in the check-in process when I miss the train from Kuchen to Sapporo and arrived the hotel at a later time.

Really loved staying here. The hotel was great. The staff was friendly. The location was awesome. Breakfast was a huge winner for me. Everything about my stay here was awesome. I did only stay one night, so I didn't use as many of the amenities as I would have liked.
