Mercure Sydney Liverpool: 5.0 out of 5 stars "Fantastic"

22nd May 2012, QuokkaCanberra, Canberra

a regular hotel for me, I know everything will be top class every time. Staff are friendly, rooms are very well presented & the beds are so comfortable.

Mercure Sydney Liverpool: 5.0 out of 5 stars "mercure at its best"

18th May 2012, stefanev, Bundanoon

Needing to visit liverpool hospital reglarly we had become despondent at the filthy rotton overprced flea pits available eg: el torro ,crossroads, fontainblue to name some of he worst. The liverpool cbd is just plain dangerous at night. The mercure is simply an oasis in a sea of urban squalor.Even the casino next door has an upmarket quality about it compared to what these dreadful places are generally like.Well done you are lifting the tone of the whole area.We will be back

Mercure Sydney Liverpool: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Good locale - good food"

25th April 2012, Westbigsprings, Perth, Australia

Great location - suited our purposes. Attached to Liverpool Catholic Club, which offers excellent well priced meals and drinks. Overall service was great - beds a bit too soft for me but other friends in our group thought they were excellent.

Mercure Sydney Liverpool: 3.0 out of 5 stars "No umbrella"

24th April 2012, JeremyP252, Melbourne, Australia

I have stayed at Mercure Liverpool 100+ room nights and was outraged to find that there was not one umbrella in the hotel when it was absolutely pouring with rain. The result was that I got soaked to the skin running to my car. The lame excuse was "they get taken"...well TOO BAD. A 4+1/2 start hotel should read the weather forecast and plan accordingly. What was most galling was the indifference of the reception staff to my predicament. Lift your game!!!

Mercure Sydney Liverpool: 5.0 out of 5 stars "Always Stay Here"

23rd April 2012, thai_di_007, Sydney, Australia

The Mercure at Liverpool is our favourite place to stay in Sydney due to the location and the events that we have to attend. Tried the gym for the first time - absolutely fantastic as it is part of the Catholic Club and is a huge fitness centre. Free for those staying at the Mercure. We absolutely love the beds.

Mercure Sydney Liverpool: 5.0 out of 5 stars "Excellent - value for money"

20th April 2012, SatisfiedKiwi, Auckland, New Zealand

We have had an excellent stay. Loved having a good hotel in the surburbs. Everything was perfect from the on-line booking to check-in to an amazing breakfast selection and a wonderful overall experience. The only thing that we found was that some guests were noisy in the halls late at night and the hotel needs to police its rules much better at breakfast as some younger children were playing with the food at buffet. But despite these, this hotel is highly recommended an we definitely will be back.

Mercure Sydney Liverpool: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Highly Recommended"

11th April 2012, Mt Martha, Australia

Would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed over the Easter weekend and was a base for a day trip into Sydney and up to the Blue Mountains. In hindsight the hotel was a little too far out of Sydney, but that's not an issue for the hotel, more me not investigating the Sydney geography enough. The hotel itself cannot be faulted - great room, extremely comfy beds, very friendly staff, convenient locations to major roads, fantastic facilities (resort style swimming pool, use of Liverpool Catholic Club, Sports Centre, etc), free parking, great (and reasonably priced) breakfast in restaurant, etc, etc.If you're looking for a hotel in this general area of Sydney, then I would thoroughly recommend it and would definitely stay again.

Mercure Sydney Liverpool: 5.0 out of 5 stars "PRIVALEGE ROOM"

7th April 2012, Sydney, Australia

The Pool looked great but no time to try out. Privalege room with spa and facilities is excellent for the area.

Mercure Sydney Liverpool: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Great New Hotel attached to the Liverpool Catholic Club."

29th March 2012, Sydney, Australia

Great near new Hotel, part of the Liverpool Catholic Club Complex.Hotel was great, two minutes off the M7,5 minutes to the M5.Room was clean & well appointed.Great king size bed, very comfy. Hotel staff were polite.Only problem we had was with the Club's Atrium Restaurant, over priced, very, very poor service.

Mercure Sydney Liverpool: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Stay at Mercure Liverpool"

26th March 2012, Melbourne, Australia

I thoroughly enjoy the Hotel, service as well as access to the gym. Restaurant meals are very good. This hotel is located in easy access to my office.

Mercure Sydney Liverpool: 5.0 out of 5 stars "Good family stay"

22nd March 2012, Townsville, Australia

A very enjoyable stay. Everyone was very helpful, courteous and always friendly. The variety of eating venues in the complex was also great as we stayed 4 nights and ate at all the different eateries and the prices were very reasonable. We stayed there as it was convenient for our personal needs but others would need to consider the out of the way location eg shops, etc.

Mercure Sydney Liverpool: 5.0 out of 5 stars "WEDDING"

8th March 2012, Coffs Harbour, Australia

its a pleasure to stay close to the function we attended, food good , service good , pool good, the only thing u may need to do is if a request is made to freeze some thing u put it in the freezer and not the fridge.

Mercure Sydney Liverpool: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Far from the City is good"

13th February 2012, Suva, Fiji

the transport is problematic having to hire taxi, train, bus and taxi again to get to fixed appointments already arranged in Sydney. But I am an A-Club card member. What would would help newcomers is some clear direction provided on handouts on how to get to places on a map and choices presented.

Mercure Sydney Liverpool: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Grahame Holz"

4th February 2012, Burleigh Heads, Australia

An enjoyable experience as previous stays at this site if I had a complaint at all the only thing I would like to see changes is the thickness of the pillows it would be nice to have the option of a thick or a thin pillow.

Mercure Sydney Liverpool: 5.0 out of 5 stars "Great new hotel in western sydney area"

24th January 2012, Errol2280, Newcastle Australia

This hotel was a great surprise in the first place there is a lack of decent hotels for business and pleasure in Western Sydney But to find this great hotel was a nice suprise The rate was good for the high quality but I guess the real suprise was the quality of the food as well the connected Catholic Club was a huge benefit for leisure Parking was real easy and plenty of it and free Hotel had really nice pool and other facilities Comes highly reccommended

Mercure Sydney Liverpool: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Best beds I've ever slept on!"

17th January 2012, Canberra, Australia

While I always feel claustrophobic when a hotel room doesn't have a balcony or a window that opens, the Mecure Liverpool Sydney makes up for it by having the most comfortable king size latex mattresses. Room service food is nice and the staff are helpful (even when some of them are clueless about the hotel wi-fi beyond the prices).I'm a repeat visitor.

Mercure Sydney Liverpool: 5.0 out of 5 stars "relaxation plus"

12th January 2012, Wallsend, Australia

We enjoyed our stay very much and intend to do it more often in the future most probably in other areas but definitely recommend liverpool mercure to anyone wanting to get away. The staff were excellent in all ways, the accommodation was the best and the hospitality was fantastic. Thanks to all.

Mercure Sydney Liverpool: 5.0 out of 5 stars "great complex -poor location"

10th January 2012, Melbourne

Staff are exceptionally friendly and facilities are a very high standard. New & clean. The hotel forms part of a club offering gaming, various eateries, entertainment etc. As a complex it offers a lot under one roof. We loved it. Con is that it's situated in a semi industrial 'low rent' area with nothing of interest around and a good 1hr travel to city. Ideal as a stopover as no need to leave the complex and easy access from highway.

Mercure Sydney Liverpool: 5.0 out of 5 stars "A great place to stay"

6th January 2012, Gosford, Australia

A great place to stay, great service, friendly polite and attentive staff, comfortable rooms, variety of eateries from light meals to full dinning, This is our 3rd stay at Mecure Liverpool and we would highly recomend it and we will definately stay again. No Need to look elsewhere.
