Mercure Sydney Liverpool: 5.0 out of 5 stars "Huge room, nice clean hotel"

7th March 2013, 123255057, Canberra, Australia

We stayed here last weekend and found it very comfortable. The room was huge (!) with clean, modern furnishings, a roomy bathroom and comfy king size bed. Good quality toiletries and nice fluffy towels. Good facilities for kids with an enclosed outdoor playground and separate fenced pool area. A bonus is the Liverpool Catholic Club (adjacent to the hotel) open for late night drinks til 1am on Sat night. Despite close proximity to the hotel, there was zero noise disturbance from the club. I'd recommend the hotel and will stay here again :)

Mercure Sydney Liverpool: 2.0 out of 5 stars "Sleepless in Liverpool"

4th March 2013, Clarebrisbane_13, Brisbane

Can someone please tell me why hotels have pillow menus then put flat, old hard pillows on your bed. I check the pillow when I am about to go to bed and I am really too tired (and in my pyjamas) to go and choose a pillow that I might remotely have a chance of a good night sleep on. The air con didn't work in my room. The resturant has only a hot rocks menu. Its a noveltey idea but one you only try once. No good if you've been working all day and hungry because you have sit and watch you food cook in front it of you. Then by the time you get to the end, the food is over cooked. I avoid the resturant now and always eat somewhere else close by. It is nice when you're away from home to not have to cook your own food!

Mercure Sydney Liverpool: 5.0 out of 5 stars "Excellent Hotel"

New,modern, spacious rooms with better than typical Australian friendly service. Food options at the on sight Club were a great value. It took us over an hour to reach Sydney International airport at 8AM

Mercure Sydney Liverpool: 4.0 out of 5 stars "A wet weekend"

28th February 2013, margaretrmrc, den Hague

Everything available without leaving the site. For a wet weekend this was ideal. Room was spacious with chairs for 2, large TV and work bench. Newspapers were available in Foyer. Meals in the ajoining club were good quality and breakfast buffet was fresh with lots of choice. Very relaxing.

Mercure Sydney Liverpool: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Excellent, Clean Rooms"

18th February 2013, davidsalmat, Melbourne, Australia

The Liverpool Mercure was an excellent hotel for my stay in the Liverpool area while on business. The rooms were very well appointed and very clean and comfortable. Excellent eating facilities and friendly staff. I have now stayed several times over the past 6 weeks.

Mercure Sydney Liverpool: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Review"

4th February 2013, Magsr0ss, Tamworth, Australia

We were happy with the stay and will come again. We found the staff to be very pleasant, freindly and professional. The restauant was relaxed but only to willing to make sure that we were always supplied with drink and food. The only critic is the thin quality of the toilet paper, which was a little thin.
