"Value for money"

The Royal Regency is centrally located within easy walking distance from the beach and other facilities.The rooms are clean and comfortable and well maintained.The staff are friendly and always happy to help make your stay more pleasant and enjoyable.Compared to Bali the Royal Regency is good value for money
"Hotel with smiles"

as we arrived at their door step, the staff with smiles on his face helped to carry our luggage right up to the reception area. The check in was fast and efficient .We were given the room as requested in our booking form. The room was big and clean. The towels were white in colour without any stain.We liked these. One of the reception staff went the extra length of telling us where to go and see the sunset and reccomended a few outlets for dinner. We enjoyed watching the full sunset at Losari beach.Whilst at the beach we ate Pisang Epe a local delicacy. We ate the Pisang with gula durian. Good.We have sea food dinner at RM Nelayan which is walking distant from the hotel.The fish and vegetables were fresh and we order them to cook according to our preference. For 2 of us it costs IDR190,000.00 and enjoyed our dinner tremendously. My wife felt that was a bit costly but I thing it depends on the kind of fish and style of cooking that you order.On return to the hotel the staff asked us on our experience with the Losari Beach and the sea food. Smilingly we thanked them for telling us those things.

I'm glad I choose this hotel. The service was friendly. But sometimes not really fluent in English. So it took some time to clarify all my requests. The location is very strategic. Close to Losari beach. So it took not much time to come to the main tourist destinations.
"Hotel dining area to be improved"

Dining room need to be improved.Its seating capacity is small compared to the no of rooms.There is no table size for 2 persons only. Many single / two guests utilizing a four seats table. I have my breakfast in the corridor next to the dining area.
