No hot water..in order to have hot water we had to open the faucet for about 25 minutes...and it was not hot enough. Refrigeration did not work at all ..we will never stay there again!!!!

Very pleasant stay in Chihuahua, the building is nice and all the staff were very helpful. We had breakfast at the buffet a couple of times and the food was very good. Our room key stopped working every day until a receptionist reprogrammed it to work for the rest of our stay. Our room was extremely clean and had a nice view. The only complaint about the room is that the shower drain was backing up.
