This hotel is one of my preferable in France because of good location, excellent service as well as hospitality. Every time when I come there I fill like at sweet home. besides, I would like to thank all hotel's staff for their cordiality, hospitality and best performance.

Great manageress, very helpful and very nicely renovated rooms with good beds and shower with proper deluge head and good pressure. Would definitely stay again. Location a stone's throw from beach and near restaurants. No mini bar but bottled water in room. Free WiFi!

I've chosen this hotel few times already and going to stay there in future. Clean, stylish, good situated and warmly comfortable hotel which I could recommend in case you visit Dinard eventually. Mercure Gallery can be proud of such hotels as this one.

We were warmly welcomed on our arrival at the Emeraude and given a useful introduction to our room and the hotel. Once settled we visited the promenade and the town, which are minutes from the hotel, using the map provided. On returning to the hotel we took afternoon tea in the bar. The service was excellent. The woman who waited on us was helpful and attentive, and she knew who we were and our room number without having to be told! The concierge was a mine of useful information about local restaurants and made a booking for us in one nearby where we enjoyed an excellent meal later in the evening. The room was very comfortable. Large comfortable bed, stylish fittings and excellent en-suite comprising a walk-in, wet room type, shower and basin. The WC was separate. The room faced the sea and it was possible to open the window, which is a plus if you like fresh air! Breakfast was served in the bar and was a varied buffet with a wide range of choices and good value for money. Checkout was efficient and yet another member of the staff treated us in what felt like a personal way, The hotel is well managed and all the staff know how to make their guests feel cared for. There is very limited car parking here and it would be wise to book a space in advance if you are likely to need one. This was our last night's stay in Brittany and we could not have chosen a better hotel or place to stay than the Emeraude in Dinard to ensure that we left with very positive and pleasant memories of our visit to the region. It is reminiscent of English seaside resorts as they were about 50 years ago! Very comforting!

Very warm & welcoming staff but overall very expensive for what you get. One can see that a lot of cash has been thown at refurbishment but the result doesn't justify the price. The room was dark and gloomy and the faux raj fittings pointless. Miniscule bathroom but a good shower. Breakfast once again not worth the price eg. rarely for Accor Hotels of this standard there was no fresh juice and no warm buffet.

stayed three nights.staff are exceptional.accomodation v good but few rooms have seaview.breakfast and service first class.location v good.hotel was v quiet.no hesitation in recommending hotel to friends
