Good Hotel in general: clean, good rooms, good breakfast, friendly personnel and close by the main attractions. We had good time.
"Good stay"

Good breakfasts, very friendly staff, excellent location. I would return here next time in Paris. It is also good value for money, and clean and quiet.
"Good Choice"

We are group of 5 teenagers traveling in Paris and stayed at this hotel. 1 double room & 1 triple room.Hotel is new and clean and nice. Just next to Best Western Hotel. With a short walking distance to Grand Boulevards station (5mins), and also the main street out there is nice to walk around too. We walked from the hotel to Opera in about 20mins, there is a Lafayette Gallery nearby and it sells almost every brand you can get. If you are on a quick and short trip in Paris and no time to shop at the boutique one by one, the gallery is the best way to do your shopping. The rooms are in good size for our group, much larger than the Best western we stayed in London. There is one restaurant on the same terrace with the hotel (Royal Bergere), do not go and try, bad food bad service. walk a little bit more, there is another restaurant called Le Cafe Marguerite, this is the nice restaurant, goood service good food good price!Overall, this hotel is worth the stay.....!
"Good hotel for sleep and brekfast in Paris"
1st March 2012, Moscow, Russia
Small hotel very near to Opera and Louvre (walking distance). Very small rooms, but clean and comform if you intends only sleep there between your days in Paris. Standard continental brekfast. If you want to save money, value central location and don't care about room size - this hotel of your choice. If you want spacious room, wide selection for breakfast and need other services - you better find another place
"Excellent value for money"
4th February 2012, textilesrus, france
Excellent value for money. Rooms are small but comfortable. Good breakfast included in price. Plenty of bars and restaurants within a five minute walk. Beds are comfortable. Only downside are the bathroooms as the showers are tiny with horrible plastic curtains but you can't have everything!
"Don't trust the name"
26th January 2012, Koblenz, Germany
I 've already stayed in a All Season hotel in Bordeaux and had a very good experience. Unfortunately this All Season in Paris doens't have anything to do with this brand. The hotel is old, tight and definatelly need to be renovated. I would rather stayed in a Ibis.

"Had to Move to Next Door"
4th August 2011, Sydney
Originally booked with All Seasons. Luckily there was another hotel right next door, Mercure, because the room I booked at All Seasons apparently had water issues. So this above rating is according to my stay in Mercure. The location of the hotel is great, 10-15mins walk to the Opera area. Other than that, a single room is small. The carpet NEEDS changing (looking old and worn). The walls are a bit thin (could hear 2 girls having a fight in a room diagonally across from me). Food was scarce by the time I went to breakfast at 9am (and there were more people waiting behind me), and I was not sure whether it would be re-filled. I had to grab whatever was left, as there was only 1 staff member to cater for all the patrons. Staff and service were nice enough. The other good thing was there was a lift!
"Nice location, reasonable prices"
3rd August 2011, Istanbul
The hotel was within walking distance to the Opera and Monmartre. It was easy to get to the hotel since there are two nearby metro stations. The metro stop Cadet is just two stops from Gare del Est. What annoyed me in the hotel is that the staff kept trying to open doors for service even when there were people inside. Once they entered by unlocking the door when we were inside. They should knock the door first!

"Good hotel and friendly staff"
13th June 2011, London
The hotel is located around 30 minutes walk from Gare du Nord and is fairly easy to find, located on a residential road with several restaurants, shops including a very nice patisserie opposite. The staff are all friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and fine for a weekend stay, the only downside was that being at the top of the building the room heated up and was quite hot for sleeping, but for a budget hotel this was to be expected (no A/C). It takes a while to walk into the centre (the Seine) but the walk gives a good idea of the area and the side streets have lots of things to explore on the way. For a quick weekend away this was fine but perhaps a little more comfort required for a longer stay.
