Thats to Soufian and Irushi in reception for there approachable processes that needed in reception as well as mr. philips nightshirt duty they were helpful ready and really all time ready to assist the guest thank u guys—————————————————

Location is out of the city...............service is average............employees are not much bothered to welcome you it seems they are not interested to talk to any of their guest....Rooms are too small and congested & even does not match what they are advertising on their website.

Satisfied but receptionist could use a proper training

I'm satisfied with my stay, rooms are clean, the whole place was nice and food was amazing, just one thing if I can mention wasn't right but i belive is easy to fix. I mean the proper training for the guys in reception, was a bit messy and they didn't know the answers for the questions been asked, as well when I was trying to get an extra day, after pay and sign to making sure everything was okay, me and my friend was still bother with phone calls from reception to sign or pay something, similar things when we was checking in, our stay wasn't paid on time which was a problem from the hotel side but the finicial manager wasn't in that day so it takes 3h to came to any conclusion and got a key to the room. Not sure if there is a lack if communication or something else but is not so good to leave a guests waiting 3h in the reception to resolve this kinda problems. Other then that our stay was pleasant.
