The stay was amazing the pool is so good the staff at the pool desk is amazing gentleman and a lady the facilities at the pool is so nice for the price, a tThe reception sofian and Wahid are amazing they are always smiling and welling to help us and also the buffet for the iftar was nice

Only thing to be added is even if i vook from booking .com, my 3 nights stay was not added in the ALL .com. I lost 3 nights of stay and the tier.
