"Lovely accommodation but service not up to standard."

The view from the apartment was breathtaking but a shame that the service was not up to standard.Had booked two shows through reception to attend on the saturday and sunday nights. Saturday night show was great and then drove out to attend the Australian Outback show on the sunday night only to find that it was not even on but had paid!! Reception refunded the tickets but disappointing as it was the only time available to see the show so missed out altogether.

Highly recommended, although this stay was for business the apartments have all the facilities you would require for a stay with the family. The apartments are roomy and have all the amenities you would need for a long stay.A short walk to restaurants, and fast food outlets as well as a convenience store to buy your own groceries.Although they have underground parking, the spots were a little tight.Will be using the Artique Resort as our base for future trips.

Enjoyable stay would be happy to stay there in future visits to the Gold Coast. Happy to recommend to business colleagues and friends. Handy location to all faciltities of the Gold Coast. Unfortunately didn't have a view of the beach but perhaps due to the fact that I was only on the 5th floor.

The Artique was a great stay with plenty of services and all aspects of the Gold Coast were close by. The place was easy to find and the rooms had ample space and a comfy layout. The only fault was the TV flicking ... but you dont go to Surfers to watch TV . Would highly recommend to any traveller. Will be be staying again in future
