"Gorgeous views from the 21st Floor"

Artique is a wonderful place to stay, the views were amazing the apartment was spacious, clean and of high standard. It was a shame it was in Surfers Paradise because the area is not very nice. Next time, I would stay at Broadbeach and not in this location.

The Artique was great. The facilities were very modern, new and clean. The living area with its huge floor to ceiling windows was fantastic for really appreciating where you were and soaking in the view of the beach and surfers by day and the city lights and sounds of the ocean by night. The master bedroom and adjoining bathroom and wardrobe were extremely comfortable and generous on space. The only disappointment was the kids room and bathroom, We were travelling with a teenager and the bathroom was quite small for him. The shower was in the bathtub and quite uncomfortable for him to use. Would be ok if you have smaller kids but still a bit squashy - but hey your on holidays. The pool was fantastic as it was long enough to do laps early in the morning and very spacious if chilling out in the afternoon . It also was half undercover and half in the sun so great if you didn't really want any more sun or forgot to sunscreen. There was a small gym near the pool which was very convenient and all equipment was in good working order. The location of the Artique was excellent- just a short walk to a patrolled beach and into Surfers. We really enjoyed our stay at the Artique and would recommend it to anyone.

Have stayed at Artique previously and will stay again. It represents good value, and overall is well presented, and an easy walk into the centre of Surfers. The only thing was that the mattress on the bed is due for replacement..hard as a rock, so I think that Artique need to tell the owner of the Apartment.

Thank you for the opportunity to comment on my stay at Artique Resort. Apart from the excellent service, the cleanliness of the resort (including room, pool and spa) what I found the most lacking is the availability of a lounge area with coffee making facilities/cafe. As tourists need some respite for waiting around and taking it easy, I would recommend that you consider some good quality, welcoming space. Other than that, completely satisfied and would stay there again.

No orientation of the hotel and room to new guest to the hotel. Reception staff off duty after 5pm and no follow up. I encounter a problem with the basin and seek help to reception but a cleaner was send over instead and eventually I figure out a solution.

The hotel was very convenient, but the service from the front desk was appaling! I has requested for an electric iron and was promsied to have it in a few mintues - had to actually wait for two days and still waiting.... This is just one of the many instances during my short stay.

"Family holiday"

The hotel was clean, rooms large and comfortable. The hotel is well positioned. The service from the staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were not the most comfortable, adequate. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

This apartment building is very new and modern. There's a big pool, jacuzzi, two saunas, BBQ area... The apartment is huge with big glass panels and a walk-through bathroom. It's a 10-15 minute walk from city centre and the beach is very close too. We only stayed a couple of days but we wouldn't mind living there some day.

Our Recent stay at Artique was very good, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Kitchenette was well fitted out with appliances and utensils. The only downside was the Internet, very expensive and no wireless.

"Trip to Surfers"

The location was excellent. Easy to find and just a short stroll to the centre of Surfers. We managed to get an upgrade to the 25th floor which provided us with and lovely views of both the river and down the coast to Tweed Heads.The suite was bigger than we anticipated and it was great to have been offered the upgrade for the same price.We will be back :-).

The view from the apartment was breathtaking but a shame that the service was not up to standard.Had booked two shows through reception to attend on the saturday and sunday nights. Saturday night show was great and then drove out to attend the Australian Outback show on the sunday night only to find that it was not even on but had paid!! Reception refunded the tickets but disappointing as it was the only time available to see the show so missed out altogether.

Highly recommended, although this stay was for business the apartments have all the facilities you would require for a stay with the family. The apartments are roomy and have all the amenities you would need for a long stay.A short walk to restaurants, and fast food outlets as well as a convenience store to buy your own groceries.Although they have underground parking, the spots were a little tight.Will be using the Artique Resort as our base for future trips.

Enjoyable stay would be happy to stay there in future visits to the Gold Coast. Happy to recommend to business colleagues and friends. Handy location to all faciltities of the Gold Coast. Unfortunately didn't have a view of the beach but perhaps due to the fact that I was only on the 5th floor.
