Staff were so friendly and excellent with my two small grandchildren. The only thing about the room was it had bunk bed and my grandchildren were two small so all three slept in double bed and no coffee making facilities.

ok, but could be better

The room itself was clean. Neither myself or my partner were keen on the open plan bedroom/shower wash area. Toilet in seperate room wasn't very spacious, barely any room to stand up/ sit down. Plug sockets for the bedside shelf could be better positioned - unable to get on my hands and knees to get to the wall socket on the floor so had to use the charger on the other side of the room. the light switch on the head board could be in a better place, we kept switching different lights on and off

Overall a good stay with no problems. The only point to raise is the hotel having no car park on-site, with this being a tram-stop further up the road. This is evident at reception, but couldn't find this online when searching. A good stay however, and would certainly stay again.

Location was perfect for warehouse project but the price was ridiculous for how run down the room was. Service was great all staff were lovely cannot fault any of that and beds were comfy.

I stayed here for 3 nights and would recommend to anyone, good location. The only downside for me was not having tea/coffee in the rooms but on my last day I found out that you could hire a kettle from reception, I wish I had been informed of this at reception when I checked in. Breakfast was £8.50 there more than plenty on offer for me but if you like your full English this would not suit. There was also food served 24 hours a day again only something that I found out when asking what time they stopped serving it at, I only knew they served food due to poster I seen in the lift. I will be returning to Manchester again and staying at this hotel, I would recommend it to anyone.
