Staff were very friendly and accommodating, The room was okay but smelt like chemicals and throughout the night another bad smell started creeping in. The staff were very friendly and accomodating.

Beds were clean but bathroom and general rooms were tired. Bathroom needs updating - regrout etc - seemed mouldy to me. checkin staff were lovely.

The friendly staff at the Mercure Hunter Vally Gardens went above and beyond to make my stay an enjoyable one! The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, the facilities are well maintained and all meals at the restaurant were delicious. I will definitely be back!
