Have been to Novotel for numerous times now for office meet ups, dates and all that. But this has been the first stay of mine at Novotel and it was sheer disappointment. Be it the air conditioning for which we complained the entire day and even got a technician visited us twice but unfortunately it couldn't be fixed and they kept on saying it's fine. However it was an awful stay.
