"A bad hotel"

The hotel is not in the same level of other Mercure hotels. Rooms are poorly decorated and not comfortable at all, beds are short, shower is also bad. The service does not correspond to the Mercure level. We asked for a room with two beds and had one with a single bed. It was hard to convince the personal of the hotel to change the room.The hotel is far from everything and there is no taxis available. You can ask for a taxi, but it takes around 15 minutes to arrive.Really a bad choice!
"Service could be better"

The hotel has a beautiful view, but the service could be better, when I asked for room service, I ordered dinner for two, but I got for one. Room service very slow. The rooms are very neat and clean, but a burn out light bulb is unacceptable.

Nice modern hotel. beautiful view over the city of rio de janeiro. close proximity to aiport. pool, sauna, jacuzzi- nice to relax. Staff at hotel friendly, helpful. One staff member sat with me at free internet facility and explained to me how to negotiate the complex highways to the airport. only took thirty minutes. thank you I enjoyed my stay
