I've stayed in several IBIS hotels and I love almost all of them. This hotel located in the countryside, it maybe not convenient for travelers using public transport. But the room is very clean and tidy. The decoration is good. We felt very comfortable staying there.
"Clean & modern hotel in lovely low-profile town, right beside station"

A real find. Back from the coast but very accessible. Free parking. Perfect for abandoning the car (& the busy coastal roads) and using SNCF's great 'Pass Isabelle' (buy on day of use; 12 euro for unlimited travel between Frejus & Ventimiglia (Italy), including the branch line up to Grasse, on which Mouans-Sartoux lies) - tickets avaliable from the machine on platform, just through the gate of the hotel's car park. Breakfast worth the 8 euros. Not an atmospheric, old-style French hotel, but lovely modern rooms with HUGE showers. Lots of nice restaurants in Mouans to eat in. Market Tues morning. Good cinema (films mostly dubbed in French.)
"Good and bad location"

The hotel is comparatively cheap and is a standard Ibis hotel. The rooms on right side of the building are adjacent to a station and hence you can hear platform announcements from early morning to late night. The sleep quality as a result of the location is poor. The double glazing is useless in this case. The hotel is only good for people looking to take a train to Monaco/Nice. All you need to do is step outside and you are in the station platform!!!
"Good value, convenient location, but hard to sleep in late!"

Love this hotel, and will stay here again. However, unless you're an early morning riser, your choices to be awaken at 6:30 am are a): the morning rooster calls (if you're facing the mountainside), or b). the train announcer public address (if you're facing the "city side" of the hotel). Both start at about 6:30 am; charming if you're an early riser, but annoying if you're not! Still, like I said, for value, convenience and cleanliness, I'd stay here again!
