"Food Quality Problem"

The quality of food is not up to 5 stars hotel standard and the staff training yet to be further enhanced. Two typical examples: 1 we went down for breakfast around 9:30 and half of the food trays were empty without refill. 2. Staff failed to give correct information on the hotel restaurant even the simple thing like opening hours.

Nice hotel in new area right by large new mall which has a Wal Mart. Room has all the frills but had to call housekeeping to get an iron. I will stay here on my next trip to Ningbo.

all the rooms are quite new, and all equiment is excellent, the service is good, just the price for breakfast is not worth, good location, closing to the shopping mall, and nice sight of view, a club number can booking the hotel with good price, and parking place is free and big enough

"Lackluster service"

I was disappointed at the check-in counter staff's inefficiency. I arrived with a copy of the written confirmation note but the counter staff said they had no records of my booking. He tried to check with his colleagues but still could not find any booking record. He then said he would check with Accor China and promised to let me know the results via my China mobile while I and my friends went for a tour of Fenghua for the whole afternnoon. He never called.When I returned to the hotel in the evening only then the counter staff confirmed my booking.Compared to my experience with Sofitel Siam Reap when I visited in June this year, the difference is between a really 5 star reception and a 3 star one.
