This is a very functional hotel at reasonable price for an overnight stay. Only negatives are parking area is too small and hotel proved difficult to locate coming off A28, because Town Centre has a great deal of roadworks.

Very helpful staff, rooms a bit tired but clean. Location good for station and walking or getting tram into town centre. Very good value. We had to change rooms as we needed a double and a twin, we thought a rom described as having 2 single beds was a twin but actually was 2 singles screwed together to make a large double!! Reception found us different rooms wth no fuss.
