The service at the reception desk needs improvement. Bad communication from the part of 1 staff at the reception. Do not adhere to request of customers. The personel should be straight to the point. At the restaurant, all the staffs are welcoming. They provide a pleasant and satisfying service. Overall the stay is worthwhile. Greeting staffs at the entrance: Nice, Friendly and Welcoming ( Rating: 8) Reception desk: Customer care should be improved. (Rating : 4) Restaurant : Good food and pleasant staff (Rating: 8) Room Service : (Rating: 7)

Consistency is keep to service delivery. I had to remind the service personnel on a number of occasion to bring towel, coffee, and water. Why do I have to ask for iron and a board before I get one in my room?
