Hi Visited Novotel. Great Hotel.. At a Good Price .. I liked Everthing over there. In Restaurant all are Good. Mr. Bajrang served us. He was very polite and prompt. Room Service was Good. The Security check at the Entrance, Reception Staff all gave Nice Service

Was a part of Banquet event from BNY group .amazing property wirh very helping staff . Banquet incharge Mr Pravin he was just amazing and very positive nature he is the champion I must said .he help us a lot during event each and every thing he done on priority... the service was good.... it is one of the best experience during event special thanks to mr Pravin for great help...

Good Property with easy access to City as well as airport. Rooms are big and neat. Did attend the meeting for two days and the service was found to be satisfactory. All good and would recommend for stay as well. Breakfast and Lunch spread is good. Service from the restaurant manager could have been better in terms of being polite to a Customer. Otherwise all good. Overall it was a good experience.

During the check-in I was said that , my room is upgraded ,but when I entered the room I was very much disappointed ; had visited 3rd time the same hotel Novotel Viman nagar Pune , but never had such experience before … the room was basic and not properly cleaned … being a Silver member of All- Accor I was given a basic accommodation and was said to me that my room is upgraded …I came to know its the basic room because I have always stayed at 8 th floor twice …which is not basic I suppose the interior and everything is much different and bright .. the receptionist lied to me that she has upgraded my room . Then I was shifted to the other room where I usually sty which is on 8 th floor there was no hot water in my shower which was horrible…this time it was the worst experience I always visit with my mother for a vacation at Pune and I expect that she should not face any discomfort ….. with this experience it was really very disappointing and being silver member of All-Accor I haven’t received any privileges with such experience I seriously have to think about discontinuing with the membership because I don’t find it to be of any use
