This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The service and standards are outstanding. The concept and quality of the rooms is fantastic. The staff are so helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend this hotel and we plan to return very soon

This hotel has every service imaginable. They have thought of everything. Rooms are presented immaculately and spacious. Service is second to none, the food is to die for. I have nothing to complain about at this hotel. Pullman Putrajaya is the best hotel i have stayed in anywhere around the world. It is always a high light stop over in my travels through Malaysia and look forward to visiting there each time.

The internet reception in my room was pathetic (Room 5208). The LAN cable was also not working. I kept complaining and the solutions offered to me was "work at hotel lounge" or "sit near the door where reception is good". The staff was there and they spent 1 hour in my room to check. But it did not help the situation. I could not have internet access for all 3 nights. I had to extend my stay, but I anyways shifted from hotel because of lack of basic facilities. Also, not many food options, and not many shuttles to the nearest shopping area. On the last day I had asked for hotel limo, but I was offered a taxi, even when I tried to explain that taxi is not allowed to go inside the government building where I have to go.My previous experience was reasonable in the hotel, but given this experience, I don't think I will stay in the hotel in future. Thanks.

It seems to me that the Pullaman staffs the hotel to absolute minimum. A few points:* the hotel publishes that the gym opens at 0600, but every morning They were late and I struggled to find someone that could open the gym. The staff at reception was actually surprised that I was asking and had to check their books to see what time it opened. This usually meant I was at least 30-45 min late into my day. A frustrating and tiring disappointment. * the hotel also publishes that the executive lounge opens at 0700 for breakfast. Every morning, out of almost two weeks i was there, I seemed to have surprised the staff. No juice, coffee machine was broken, no plates, no fruit. Really disappointing when a busy day is ahead of you. * the hotel can arrange taxis for you in the morning. The first morning I was quoted a fare, by the hotel staff, of 50R to go to Cyberjaya. Not knowing, I said ok and I paid the taxi driver the fee that I was told by the hotel that I needed to pay. It turns out that the hotel over quoted the fee by double. The next few days I walked around the corner to catch a taxi and it costs 1/2 the price. I'm on business and everything is expensed, but this was really an insult, which seemed an obvious tactic to take advantage of foreigners. * I found the room cleaning to be fine, but they often forgot to fill the espresso coffee and also to leave bottled water. A minor issue but annoying from day to day.I almost checked out of the hotel because I was so frustrated at the lack of attention. I WILL not stay here again. I spent almost 2000 EUR with them and will not recommend this hotel to my colleagues - this means a pretty big lost opportunity for the hotel.

The hotel is located on a green area, nice and quiet, not too far from the airport.However, the cleanliness was so poor both the room and walkway. I saw a cockroach in an elevator!! A lot of dust in the room (deluxe suite).The service was terrible both reception and concierge, I waited for taxi to airport for more than 15 min even I have already reserved without any explanation form the staff .

The hotel is located beside the lake, with many facilities and activities, however, I did not use most of them. The pool was not very big but adequate.Overall, I enjoyed my stay, and will definitely stay here again.Good- Room was excellent. Spacious, well eqipped, comfortable and clean.- Complimentary parking.Bad- First hotel I've encountered where the fridge was locked.

We stayed Pullman hotel for two days to relax ourselves. Kids enjoyed swimming and FREE kids room! rental bicycle was reasonable also.My mum liked their spa!We were satisfied with the buffet breakfast and buffet dinner, quite many choices and it was delicious.Room was clean.. but only sad things is...we felt that air con sound was quite high during night.Thank you, Pullman hotel.

Pullman Putrajaya Lakeside: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Weekend getaway from hustle & bustle of Citylife..."

Upon arriving, check-in was quick & easy. Staff was polite & professional. Room was located on 1st Level which was very easy accessible from the Main Lobby & Check-in area.We were in the Executive room & found the room to be good except upon arrival found the bedsheets rather dusty, however, upon request, they were replaced with fresh ones promptly. The room was rather spacious, but felt that would be better if it was fully carpetted. Found that it was less cool at night, don't really know whether the central system was shut down at night? Also, there is a presence of mosquitoes should we open the balcony door, my kids had mosquito bites... The pre-dinner cocktail in the Executive Lounge is great, good food although not much variety. Could be better if the servings could be topped-up regularly, not just upon request. Apart from those suggestions for improvements, we were all very happy & enjoyed our 3 days stay & would definitely want to be back there again!

Pullman Putrajaya Lakeside: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Value for money especially on special promotion"

For RM 180, we managed to get a executive suite with access to the executive lounge (which is a great bargain). The executive suite has a day bed with simple fruit platter (3 apples). The bed is King size and very comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom is huge. There is a bath tub, a big rain shower (however no proper space to put shampoo, etc except on the floor), two basin. Unfortunately the toilet bowl does not flush properly and at times causes over flow which is a bit disgusting. Overall, the room and toilet is clean, spacious, only a few wear and tear but very peaceful and quite. The breakfast buffet spread is not bad. Staffs are all very friendly. The hotel overlooks the lake. For the price that I have paid, I would go back to this hotel anytime if I need to be in Putrajaya. Or its just a great getaway, as the architecture in Putrajaya and the hotel itself is really unique.

Thumbs up for the hospitality as well as the surrounding environment. Housekeeping services need to be improved as I have noticed that the room has not been attended during my 2 days stay though the notice to make-up the room has been hanged on to the door knob. However, Pullman will still be my 1st choice when I'm in Putrajaya again.

I'm the kind of guy who likes to stay in the room rather than exploring the hotel. So I don't know much about the facilities at the hotel. But, I loove the room. Had a really good night sleep.The bathroom door is difficult to close though. But who cares if you're staying by yourselves or with your spouse.

Overall services provided satisfying. Privacy is the main concern. Good Internet connectivity is most needed. Room services should just wait until the guess call to collect the dish - calling the guess half hour after serving such is inappropriate - guess might want to take their own sweet time.

The Pullman Putrajaya lakeside has 4 distinct decor themes and they are very well done. Rooms were very comfortable and very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurants & eating areas good. Location is a bit away from everything. Information on shuttle bus is misleading in that it doesn't go to the airport, only to KL city and Novotel City Centre. At the time I stayed there, wifi link was experiencing some difficulty.
