"UNFORGETABLE RESORT PLACE"

The first impression when it comes to this, its architecture is different compared to the others. Shades of India is deeply reflected in the elements of the building. I greeted the friendly hotel staff, from the bell service up front. I give it two thumbs up for service staff.Entering the guest room, it felt more sense of its design India.View of the lake in the back yard is very nice. Facilities also reflects a classy hotel. Breakfast is provided for guests are also quite tasty. The dining room is decorated with a unique red and white shades.One thing you need to consider as a traveler is a relatively remote location to all public places, because it brought the concept of a true resort.If you are bored and need to hang out or to the nearest shopping mall KL city center, the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to Alamanda shopping mall, train station, and downtown KLI highly recommend this hotel for those who want a place to rest for a moment a comfortable, beautiful, and quiet, this is the place.

Great for family stay. Dinning at the hotel is slightly expensive and should offer more discounts to attract more guests to dine at the hotel itself.Executive lounge meals had less choices compared to the main buffet dining area especially Bfast buffet. Tea time meals were good at the executive lounge. Can be better though.Should consider having live music bands to boost night life entertainment at the hotel while attracting more visitors to the hotel.

So far the best, polite and helpful staffs on my trip. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a warm greet and a smille. We were led to the lobby and we were greeted with a member of the staff who offered the best service. And they had a member of staff who finished serving her client helping out as well.

The hotel is a little difficult to find, the taxi drivers KL Sentral mostly do not know where is it. Also, I have requested for a room near to the lift, but I gotten one that is not only far from the lift, it is in another tower altogether. For a lady who is checking in late night (I reach almost midnight), it may be a bit convenient. The room is rather pretty, and service is good,staff at the reception are mostly very polite.

The room I was given was not in good location, cleannes it's ok, I was expecting five star,I rate this hotel four star.Good volue the rate per night.I would stay on this hotel again in future that's my opinion, breakfast is very good , low quality Staff in presenting buffet.
