« A short weekend getaway »

We were upgraded for free from normal room to a Spa room with a jacuzzi in the room. It was quite an experience. I wish there is an extra chair or sofa provided to sit on rather than just the chair at the table.

« Disappointed with hospitality »

Without a doubt the room was very nice and view was spectacular, but the customer service was really poor. The check-in process was slow, and front desk not friendly at all. No smile, no details given on the structure. And welcome drink was given to other people except for my family. Wh On top of that, the same issues as what other people said already, - parking fee for rm12, despite 5 star hotel and expensive room, still need to pay for parking is it? - expensive breakfast buffet but not many choice. No nasi lemak/fried rice. Not worth 5 stars (but the B's staff are nice and welcoming) - unable to extend the checkout time despite slow check in process even i already check in online. This is my first time being denied for extra time even 30mins...

I am so sorry to read of your check in experience as this is certainly not the level of service we wish to offer our valued guests. Our parking rate of 12 ringgit per night is very low for a 5 star hotel of which we invest in 24 security, CCTV coverage and other security measures. In addition to being security patrolled our car park is also undercover and very safe. Alternative parking is available across the street - however this is at your own risk. The hotel staff was really nice and the service was quick and good.all the food were very delicious .well done for the cheff and team.the room also very clean..i like the new swimming pool (shimmer) nice view...sure i come back again....thanks pullman putrajaya

« Not Meet Expectation »

It was my first time stay, some things about Pullman Putrajaya Hotel are good, some bad, some are awful. Starting with the good - Hotel is great and nice view. - Was upgraded to Executive rooms are spacious and classy. - Ernie, Staff in the executive lounge are wonderful, friendly and well versed in current world events. -Ain in the reception quick and breezy check-in and out. -Jeffrey a Asst Manager was great and helpful. - Najwa a Ge Manager did a great job attending my complaints - Door staff always greet you with a huge smile. The bad - Room has a hair and stain on bed sheet. Furthermore, remote TV, minibar & bulb not functioning well and blinking. - The food at Exec lounge is hit and miss, some is great, some is bad and not variety. Breakfast is plentiful, but items get stale. - Shamsul staff B's All Day Dinning restaurant. I were almost completely ignored by staff despite they were often just standing around playing phone. -At night time i cant sleep because noisy and annoy sound from staff kept their table and stuff weeding. The awful - I am a Plat member, when I checked in,entered the room nothing Welcome letter and fruit basket till checked out. I want to say huge thank you to all these people who did my stay here more than welcome; with hope to come again.

« bad experience »

check in was smooth, told got upgraded during check in due to status, however was given outdated room (i was here before and i think i was given renovated room even though no upgrade), room was smelly and dusty felt like havent been occupied for sometimes, no towels in the room, there was still some water left in the electric kettle (no idea how long its been there), aircon is loud and not cold even after we set the temperature to 18'C, its felt like 25'C. the shower section in the bathroom also got its own problem, the water cannot rinse when you take a bath and it become a small pond in the bathroom. loud chinese tourist throughout the hotel, even at around 10pm they still talk very loud and screaming to each other, and banging the door in the corridor. I receive complimentary welcome drink due to my status, however when i went to the bar at the lobby and ask the bartender what i can order, he said "just order" and i said" can i see the menu?" he said "no menu, just order." now how can i know what to order if you dont have a menu? ended up order a cappuccino and hot chocolate, by far the worst pullman hotel i have ever been, not even close to 4* stars hotel. we only stay for 1 nights for both stay for transiting, too tired to complain during our stay. The only good thing is the phone operator that was very attentive to my request when i said no towels, and request for drinking water.

Everything went fine except for the few issues. There wasn't an ash tray, and none came even after requesting. The room phone wasn't working, nut was replaced promptly. At B's all day dining, we ordered the vegetable focaccia was very small for its price The reception didnt take a deposit, hence having to pay cash at every amenities in the hotel we visited. Usually for my stays in Pullman Bangsar, the deposit will be requested and explained upon check in. I was served by Dhalia. Strawberry-banana smoothie at the bar was a joke. it didn't taste like banana, and the strawberry tasted artificial(like sauce). The ice wasnt blended properly and a small staw was given. The rule of thumb is to provide a wide diameter straw. The ice kept blocking the slow, hence an irritating experience. Also, the waiter at the bar( Vietnamese/Thai apperence) had poor communication skills, and poor English. He wasn't pleasant like other staff in your hotel. Every stay in accor in the past year (including Putrajaya) I'm given a fruit basket upon check in (presumably because of my paid Accor Plus membership). Not this time. And when i called to enquire, i was told that Accor Silver is not eligible - only Gold and above. Appalled At B's all day dining, we had ordered the tandoori chicken. As a Malaysian, we know what Tandoori taste like, and should be served with. Apart from the chicken not having much Tandoor flavour, there wasn't mint sauce or cut lime provided. When asked, the kitchen staff could only provide lime. Same time we also ordered the prawn fried rice. Thumbs up to the prawn supplier as it was fresh. however, i was absolutely dissapointed with the fried rice. It lacked flavour and didn't hit any taste notes. It was almost bland. Also, when i asked for it to be made spicy, it was served without chilli and it wasn't spicy. Now the room. Very comfortable bed, with high end amenities. Marble floor for a luxury feeling and the jacuzzi in the room is certainly pleasant. the high water pressure with accurate temp selection, the room is something i would experience again. Everything worked well in the room.
