My granddaughter and myself found you hotel to be very good, it was excellent value for money and by far cheaper than going self catering, the only disappointment was that there was no wi if available in the rooms as advertised. All the staff were friendly and very helpful and as a disabled traveller that is important. The disabled facilities in the bathroom were very good and stable,and a constant supply of clean fresh towels was supplied.i was very happy with our stay and would definatly recommend your company to anyone and would sertinly use your hotels again thank you very much for a very good holiday.View management response »

Only basic accommodation, but the room was clean and hygienic ad there was plenty of hot water in the shower. Could have done with some tea making facilities in the room. The bed could be improved with a fitted sheet and not just a sheet that barely covered the mattress.View management response »

"Terrible rooms with BED BUGS....Stay away from this hotel"

I stayed in this hotel room with my wife and baby for 1 night and it was the most horrible hotel stay experience in my life. As soon i walked inside the room, i saw the beds not being clean. There were bedbug waste and we saw bed bugs on the wall. Immediately i went to the reception and reported the problem. So she said she will give me another room. In the the second room, we again saw some things on the bed but we were too tired as it was 11.30 pm. so we just slept off. The next morning after checking out we noticed bites on our baby's face. I reported this problem to the hotel next day. the receptionist said she will get these two rooms checked and get the manager to call me back. two days later still no response from hotel manager. i had to to keep on calling them. And the worst thing is that the bed bugs have come with us to our house now. On speaking to the manager 3 days later (Katarzyna Durczynska) said she will get the room checked by pest control (So i don't know what they did till then). They came back with the usual reply saying that they found nothing and i have to go legally and claim through their insurance company. I have already paid a huge amount for this treatment and the sad thing is that the bed bugs are still biting us. Horrible hotel experieince....I will never ever stay in this Accor group hotel.View management response »

"RUDE SERVICE !! BAD CONDITIONS"

the ibis hotel in newport wales was so horrid and unclean . the staff was all rude and made me pay fines for no reason with no proof . very poor hotel do never stay here because they will squeeze every penny out of you very horrid hotel i must say and will never stay ther again also contacted enviromental health and have bin in contact with a lawyer for sue process to begin .View management response »

"Budget means Budget with this Hotel"

The rooms are very small, cramped. And if u suffer with being in confined spaces this is a definite No No The Sink is right by the bed. This stunk of blocked dirty drain pipe smell. Shower is no good if you are the larger person.Toilet has no extractor fan, so if you did a number 2 room stinks. Plus so low down it was hard to get back up off it. Cleaning now that was a laughable thing. That looked like it was never done. Dust dirt in lots of areas, Hairs from previous people in sink on the sides ect.. Come the next morning we were up at 6 out ASAP. I never bothered to complain, because truthful if u go you will see. It would been waste of our time. All we wanted to do was get out from there. My advice spend few pounds more use Premier Inn or Travel lodge.View management response »
