Greatest hospitality i ever recieved .I was upgraded to suite, which was VERY luxarious The food at breakfast was very fresh.The bar was a happy place to meet peopleThe only problem is parking in the area of the hotel.The suite is large

Hotel is a great place. Very friendly people with great attitudes. My wife and I did have a massage and both thought it was not up to the standards that we would expect. Seemed like it was late in the day and everyone was ready to go home. Thanks Brett

Beautiful hotel with excellent service & very helpful staff. The onsite hammam is wonderful and perfect after a long journey. Staff here are very professional and helpful.Two good resturant choices in the hotel but some good restaurants in the area also. Breakfast choice is very good, though expensive.

Simply one of the best hotels in town with the best spa (you want to check that hammam) and gym and two good restaurants. I was also pleased to use the indoor pool, one of the few features of this kind in Casablanca. I recommend to all who can afford it even if it seems pricy. The dinner were outstanding as per quality and the breakfast one of the more indulgent I have ever see, for just a 5 Euros more on the price of the room.

We stayed over the New Year at Sofitel Casablanca which I heard a new hotel in town and we have been staying with Sofitel around the world however this is the worst Sofitel. The person in the front office was never nice and unhelpful. They hardly provide us with a quick response. The telephone in the room could not be used for making an outside call. Concierge has no quick answer about transportation and need to wait for several hours. The only nice person during our stay was Lubna who happen to be very helpful to us and provide us with the best service a 5 star hotel is supposed to have.

Very good of course, nice and large rooms, nice amenities. A pity they could not create various atmospheres in this wide lobby. The food remains top quality but is not as good as when the hotel had just opened to public.
