"Good stay"

Located in the center of Sibiu, the old town is 5 minutes by foot. Very clean, very quiet despite being situated next to a busy boulevard, and most important very good rates.

"Nice"

It was nice. The hotel is in the center of town. The view was nice.The heating/ air condition sistem doesn't work so good, but was ok. For a short stay, was really ok. The rooms are clean.I would recommend it.

Overall stay at Iblis Sibiu was good. Location is great. Clear signs once center the city center to the hotel. The price is also reasonable. Happy to make comments for staying a night in this hotel. However, dissatisfy that I need to write at least 200 characters to complete this survey.

First time at an Ibis hotel, really impressed by the value for money and overall experience.The hotel is well situated, has good parking and all the essential amenities. There is no pool, and more expedient service at the reception desk would be appreciated, especially as this venue seems to be targeted to conferences and events.

Hotel in a great location - situated on the main road into Sibiu from Bucharest, free parking in front of the hotel and there is a security man on duty on the car park. Hotel is about an 8 minute walk into the centre of Sibiu. We stayed on the 14th floor - the top floor, great views over the town. The hotel bedlight and shaver point in the bathroom did not work but were promptly fixed. After our first nights stay the hotel room was not cleaned, though the bathtowels were changed. Room was cleaned every day after this. Friendly receptionist who was very informative,she informed us where the nearest hospital was as one of our party had fallen and cut her head,the hospital is a 20 minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast was the standard fare, cooked breakfast included too- all buffet style. Plenty of international channels on the TV. Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and it was quick. The rooms have blinds instead of curtains, they were not easy to close and kept falling off the rails. Great value for money and one of the cheapest Ibis hotels I have stayed at in Europe. Would stay there again if visiting Sibiu.

Nice hotel, kind personnel and a great location just near the Old city of Sibiu. Parking available. Do not recommend to buy breakfast, only in case o emergency, better to have a good one in the Old City.

A lovely, friendly welcome, decent room, secure parking for my motorcycle, good service but oh dear, the food! A 55 minute wait between ordering and arriving (although the waiter did his best with 'muse bouche' and bread) and then when it did arrive, since when did paella contain olives, french beans and carrots? Okay, I should know better than to order a Spanish dish in Romania but really, it was truly awful. I usually avoid Ibis as the beds are too firm and I can't stand liquid soap but had I eaten out, the quality of service here might have changed my mind. Still had stiff shoulders in the morning from the hard bed. C'est la vie!

The hotel has a great location, in the city center. Don't worry, the noise it's not a problem.The prices are acceptable, and and you can do a booking through internet, that helps a lot sometimes. The rooms were clean and the staff was very polite. I was pleased by this hotel (and my family too), as i have been before while staying abroad at different Ibis hotels. I would gladly recommend it to people looking for a hotel in Sibiu.

The staff is very forthcoming and friendly. Other plus's the rooms are a good size modern and clean, the view from uppper floor perfect, air cond is working but u can also open the window wide which a lot of hotels won't permit. We arrived very late and the bar is open all night, the location perfect, parking is free, wi fi also ! Last but not least a fabulous price quality rel. The only minus: with open windows it may be a little loud. We didn't try b'fast as we always get up very late, but when buying coffee at the bar around noon we received complimentary o'juice and croissant !! Nice bar terrasse outside the hotel. Tip: there's a small pastry shop on the main shopping street, about half way down to the big piazza on the left side where u shld have the made on the spot salty cheese Langosh!

Close to the city center. I booked 2 separate bedroom - got room with one double bed. I reported problem on the reception desk - in 2 minutes they change my room. Big advantage is that windows could be opened.
