"old but comfortable aparthotel near metro B"

It is an old aparthotel but comfortable house.a house with 2nd floors was very new experience for my family.I can get metro B Eur Fermi station in 10 min. There is no private parking lot in the hotel. but a old garage is available just side of the hotel.

The best words to discribe the hotel are following: old fashioned, moulds and yeasts on the wall and in the shower, very unconfortable small beds (180 cm long). Distroyed furniture, roast on the cupboard in the kitchen, elecrcical outlet fitting from the wall, dirty wals, broken wall papers. it is a shame to propose this kind of conditions. Very expencive in comarison to the quality.The positive words could go only to very friendly and professional staff.

Front receptionist was friendly and explained to us all the important matters regarding stays in the hotel, the room was clean and neat but floor can be a little dusty, it is 800m from EUR FERMI station, hence some walking is essential to go to the city, basically if you need privacy and travel in group without paying much in the city centre, this is a good choice

We found apartment to be large but dated and basic. Staff were helpful although a communication issue caused us not to receive a package before we left that the hotel arranged for us through DHL on the day of our arrival. We are now back in Australia and our package remains in Rome! We also found that train / bus strikes are common in Rome and that being 13kms from Rome central when such a strike occurs makes travel very difficult and expensive.
