"Wonderful"

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights for the first time (even if we knew already Adagio) and we couldn't dream of a better place.We were 5 people (2 adults and 3 children) and we had a very big apartments. Nothing was bad, except maybe for the conditions of the walls and the carpet. But since it's visited by thousands of families with children, we can't expect that they renew everything every 6 months.We would defenitely reccomend it if you have children!

The Hotel is perfectly located and great for a family with 3 kids. The apartment was clean and the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and to assist with any of our requests.I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Nice stay, v. close to Val D'europe shopping centre, restuarants, sealife, Disney. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms could do with a bit of a re-paint but they were clean which was the main thing.

We originally booked an 8-9 person apartment for 5 of us so we wouldnt all have to stay on sofa beds but when we got there, it seemed that they didn't really want us to stay in such a big apartment so we were given 2 smaller apartments next to each other. They were clean and tidy but a lot of marks on the walls and VERY cold. You only get fleece blankets to sleep under rather than proper duvets so it was extremely cold, but then again the weather outside was -5 at the time.However, we only paid £18 each for the night so I can't complain too much - it was very good value, good service, kitchen well equipped and good location for Disneyland.

I read the reviews before travelling so decided to go with an open mind and found nothing untoward about the hotel. It could possibly do with a lick of paint, but it is obviously so busy there isn't the opportunity to close rooms to redecorate. We had an apartment for 5-6 people and it was plenty big enough for myself and my 4 adult children. Access to Disney is very good, just get to the bus stop early and if you are British be prepared to stand your ground to keep your place in the queue asother nationalities do not observe that the first there should be first on the bus! The shopping centre gives you everything from designer clothes to a hypermarket full of everything you can think of and is literally on the doorstep.

first of all there is one wrong information provided, its not .39 km from ibis hotel, not suitable for persons without their own transpotation,apart from location,the hotel is very nice staff is good, rooms are excellent good value for money, very calm countrysidei would recommend this hotel to those who drive their own carotherwise its long walk from rer station to the hotel
"A bad experience"

It was the most dirty place i ve ever stayed. The toilet smelled urine, the walls were terribly dirty and there was mustiness in the bathroom. The staff was rude and unhelpful. At the time of check in we were waiting for a long time to go to our room, considering that our children were very tired from the flight. It was a big dissapointment the luggage room. The shuttle bus was inconvinient after 21.00 so i had to pay for taxi 15 euros.Its near train station, restaurants and shopping center. Disneyland was 3khm.

When I booked an apartment in this hotel I wasn't sure of what I could find, since many reviewers stated that it looks old and not very clean. On the contrary, I found the Adagio very very clean and perfect if you have small children, who may need a calm atmosphere that you can really have in these apartments, with a fully equiped kitchen.I admit that the walls and the carpets may need some refurbishment, but since they see thousands of families with children every day of the year, you can't expect the hotel to be re-made every year.We will go again as soon as we want to visit Disneyland Paris!

Clean towels during a 5 night stay should be giving at least once, we had the same towels during the hole stay.Breakfast buffet was ok for a day og two, not for 5 mornings, had we known we had bought our own - not value for the money.

We travelled with our son who has severe learning difficulties for his 21st birthday. Once we had found the hotel (which was not easy!) we were given a warm welcome. All the staff we dealt with were polite, helpful and extremely understanding towards our son even when he was behaving somewhat erratically as he can do. The hotel was in easy reach of the Disney Theme Parks on the courtesy shuttle bus and would make an ideal base for people wanting to both go to the parks and explore the region and Paris itself.

The rooms are very small, there is no airconditioning or fans therefore on a hot day the rooms don't cool down. Sleeping is difficult with the windows fully opened because you get street noise, and noise from the swimming pool. Staff at the front desk are friendly but not helpful.

Good location for visiting Disneyland, available free parking at the area around. The nearby huge Mall was a good solution for shopping, dining etcThe hotel itself is a good and acceptable solution for a family to sleep over.
