Great view but bad apartment

This is our third time staying at this hotel. The reason we always pick this hotel is because of its location and the uninterrupted views of the Eiffel tower. But this time our stay was horrific. To start with the Air con didn't work and it only emitted hot air, which made the apartment unbearably hot. We could barely sleep due to that. The second day, the kind receptionist gave us two fans just to cool the bedroom down. The sink in the toilet leaked badly and so did the shower. When we tried to load the dishwasher on the last day, the entire dishwasher collapsed and fell over, luckily my friend held it before it fell on her foot and crushed it. The kitchen had no coffee pods or a starter pack like most apart hotels provide. The crockery and cutlery were all very worn out and chipped. Overall the apartment needs a lot of maintenance work and the staff need to care a bit more. Also, if you plan on buying breakfast, it absolutely not worth it. It is very basic and there were only paper plates and no real cutlery or plates.

9 not a 10 as the washer and dryer were not contactless paid for, they needed coin (they accept paper money but was not working) still contactless payment system should be installed.

I am having my asthma attack because of your hotel. The room that was given to us was mouldy in the hallway and toilet. We to sleep with our two kids in the same bed as the sofa bed was not working!! Awful room!

Was please with the views (even though ours was blocked by one of the chimneys), the apartment unit was large and spacious. Proximity to metro line, convenience stores, restaurants and Eiffel Tower made this stay so much more worth it.

I paid extra for a view of the Eiffel Tower and was not disappointed. Level 30, Paris sunrise in the morning, and sparkling Eiffel Tower at night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good gluten-free rolls at breakfast - had a little wait for them to be baked, but it was worth it!
