I am having my asthma attack because of your hotel. The room that was given to us was mouldy in the hallway and toilet. We to sleep with our two kids in the same bed as the sofa bed was not working!! Awful room!

Was please with the views (even though ours was blocked by one of the chimneys), the apartment unit was large and spacious. Proximity to metro line, convenience stores, restaurants and Eiffel Tower made this stay so much more worth it.

Cm Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

I paid extra for a view of the Eiffel Tower and was not disappointed. Level 30, Paris sunrise in the morning, and sparkling Eiffel Tower at night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good gluten-free rolls at breakfast - had a little wait for them to be baked, but it was worth it!

Hi there, I do not recommend this hotel for anybody , bad service 260 euros per night , no service not even clean towels , looks like a 3 start hotel , the safe wasn’t working the dish machine . Not mentioning that I left my clothes there to be washed at the dry cleaning outside of the hotel as they provide this kind of service and after 2 days I went to pick up my clothes and they were still at the reception. Never again

I like that it is a hotel/apartment. Laundry is available and we can cook if we want too. I know cleaning is only available if you stay for 7 days but I think it would be helpful to the guest if cleaners can come after 3 days. Overall, a really good stay! We will come back.
