Aparthotel Adagio Paris Bercy Village: 2.0 out of 5 stars "Not satisfied at all"

16th June 2012, bolotni222, Paris, France

Horrible bed, party in bar just below the window, definitely not to recommend (I am used to Accor hotels and won't come back to this specific one for sure).Price is far to be in line with the quality

Aparthotel Adagio Paris Bercy Village: 3.0 out of 5 stars "Tired aparthotel in need of a revamp"

8th May 2012, Nouveauterre, Swindon, United Kingdom

Stayed here for several nights, was my second Adagio hotel stay, had stayed at Adagio Paris Tour Eiffel previously and was most impressed with that, unfortunately this was a slightly disappointing 'cinderella sister', the room was very tired and dated, we had problems with the dishwasher that would not turn off, had to get the desk clerk to come up at 11pm to find a way to stop it and eventually had to pull it out from the cupboard to get to the power socket. The phone did not work, it had no working line connection, even to reception and the room was too hot for my comfort. I could not adjust the air conditioning, or turn off the radiator that was on all the time, to cool it enough, so had to open window, thereby getting all the noise from the youngsters that tended to hang around in the courtyard below our window until the early hours. The biggest redeeming factor was the staff who could have not been more helpful, The young night desk clerk did his utmost to resolve the dishwasher problem and made sure that a note for the mechanic to attend to it the next day was actioned and the day clerk also made sure it was followed through in the morning, also mentioned phone not working but as we were leaving next day left them to follow up after we had gone.So would I recommend it, well the location is great, close to Bercy village and easy access to the Metro and Gare de Lyon for our train southwards. Nice friendly and helpful staff, always a plus, the room was clean and the price was very good per night so reasonably ok on the whole, but I guess after the Tour Eiffel Adagio my expectations were much higher. Therefore I guess I would say yes with reservations, If you are on a budget this would be a fair choice if you want an aparthotel, but if you want better quality aparthotel to stay in, go across town. As someone who uses Accor hotels frequently in France, this hotel could be greatly enhanced by a revamp.

Aparthotel Adagio Paris Bercy Village: 5.0 out of 5 stars "a good place to stay in Paris"

25th January 2012, Londra

The hotel is really comfortable, clean and quiet. A good place to stay also with children. It's well connected to the city centre by the metro, the metro station is very close. It's also close to the Bercy Village, a place full of restaurants, café, shops and supermarkets. I really enjoyed to stay in this hotel.

Aparthotel Adagio Paris Bercy Village: 5.0 out of 5 stars "Great Hotel - Great Area"

20th October 2011

Exceeded my expectations and the kictchenette was a great bonus. The stafff were very pleasant and most helpful. The area was realy nice and quiet but still close to all the important atractions. Would recommend this a fairly priced hotel and worth the money.

Aparthotel Adagio Paris Bercy Village: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Very comfortable & convenient"

24th July 2011, Oxford

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchenette made it easy to prepare the occasional meal 'at home' during bad weather and the folding bed afforded the comfort of our own sitting room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
