there was a repair planned on water from 6-12. to shower early, our whole group was badly rested the whole day and we had an ineffective meeting. Has they scheduled it 8-14, this would not have happened. And then at 7 there was still hot water. Also, room has no EU plugs, nor plugs near the bed. Bathrooom door when open does not allow access to the bedroom. In short: bad room design

The repair was planned at the gas station next to the hotel for which they need to cut the gas for security reason at 07.00 am. We didn't get the possibility to choose the time of this works. We to inform our guests that there might be a lack on hot water during this time. Please note that our rooms are equipped with universal plug adapters available at the reception upon request. We appreciate your comments regarding the room design, and we will take this into consideration for future improvements. We hope to welcome you back for a better experience. broken switches, 20cm to narrow, loud building noises

the touch switches st the bed where just fake or didnt work at all. no plugs near the bed. the bed is sticking so much into the room that i hit it every time with me leg when i went along. 20cm more room would have solved this problem. at my room sounds from the street where no issue. but from inside the building i could here a lot. door sounds, shower sounds, didnt carched a good sleep on my second night therefor. the showerhead was mounted that the water would spray right in your face. no angle possible to stay underneath the water. and the showercabin itself felt cheap and unsafe and made a lot of noise. carpet would be nice...

Hotel was OK and check in easy. Did not eat breakfast. Very basic room but quiet and cosy enough.
