It is nice to know that though the issue you has appreciated the professional approach of our team and you has accepted our apologies and used the complimentary night and drinks box. On behalf of our team let me once again apologize for the inconvenience caused. Let me assure you that our team do all they can to prevent this issue in the future. However, currently You were the only guest to report this problem to us and we immediatly response. The room has been desinfected right away according to the regulations. We are monitoring the situation closely. We would like to emphasize that this issue is not caused by non-compliance with hygiene standards from our side, but by an often changeable clients who bring bugs with their luggage.
