When I checked in, I was told that they will block additional INR3000 and that they would not charge it at the time of check out if no additional expenses were incurred. However, when I checked out, I was told that they would need to reimburse the amount and that it will take 15 days to reimburse the amount which was not our agreement.

The food was very cold and asked multiple times to heat it whether it be south Indian or North Indian The rooms weren’t clean enough and were able to notice stains on the pillow covers and bed sheets

I had enjoyed my stay at Novotel. Check in and check out was quick and the room was quite spacious for 2 people. I like the courtesy at the reception and housekeeping staff
